The DGA is made of three sections, which are Compliance, Licensing and Policy and Finance. On top of that, the body also has a different category, which regulates the Danish brick-and-mortar casinos.

Thanks to its unwavering stance on compliance, DGA has earned itself a solid reputation. It is not very far from, say, the UK Gambling Commission. Historically, this body has been known to take action against illegal casinos, withdrawing their licenses in some cases. License Requirements

For any casino to be licensed by the DGA, it must meet all the requirements set out by the organization. For instance, the casino must have concrete measures in place for responsible gambling.
