Costa Rica Gambling License

First and foremost, the country has not enacted any legislation to regulate gambling in its jurisdiction. Are There Any Live Casinos in Costa Rica?

Costa Rica boasts hundreds of registered live casinos in operation despite the lack of a gambling regulatory body. All the operators need is a power of attorney and statutory documents for company establishment. With no gaming licenses to be acquired, the country is an attractive market for casino operators. That said, it is upon the country's citizens to look for reputable casinos where they can enjoy safe gambling.

Data Processing License

While casino operators in Costa Rica are not required to obtain any license, they must have a data processing license. The applicant must have a physical location in the country to qualify for this license.
